Compliance Easy™ is a purpose-built transport compliance management system for Australian transport operators of all sizes—from owner drivers to large, multi-site fleets. It combines a driver-friendly mobile app with a secure web-based portal, giving your operations team real-time visibility and stronger control over day-to-day HVNL and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance activities.

Built to support due diligence, Compliance Easy™ helps you manage and evidence compliance across fatigue management, vehicle maintenance, mass management and speed management. Streamlined reporting, document control and configurable workflows reduce admin time and improve consistency across the business. Compliance Easy™ has the following options available:

  • Fatigue management (HVNL compliance) – Manage fatigue compliance processes with digital records and driver declarations, helping demonstrate due diligence for Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.
  • Vehicle maintenance management (roadworthiness compliance) – Schedule and track maintenance, store service evidence and inspection documents, and maintain a complete maintenance history to support roadworthiness and audit readiness.
